|14'6" Wooden Canoe made at the 1999 WCHA AssemblyBuilt at the 1999 WCHA Assembly at Paul Smith's College, this beautiful wooden canoe was Dave Yost's #1 design, "Marigold". Its construction was overseen by Northwoods Canoe Co. It has a classic green canvas with cane seats and varnished ribs. It is 34 1/2" at the center thwart and has a flat bottom. Very hard to find 11 ft Old Town wooden canoes as very desirable for displays. In fact, this is the first that I have ever come across! Ideal canoe for cabin, business or home display as only 11 ft long and 50 pounds - perfect size to show off features but not to consume too much space.

|18 ' Old Town OCTA 1966 restored with a Piantedosi Rowing SystemThis 1966 Old Town OCTA canoe was restored several years ago. It is in perfect condition. The canoe comes with a brand new in the box Piantedosi drop in rowing sliding seat apparatus. It has a wheeled cart and carbon oars. There are also 2 custom made mahogany and ash paddles with the canoe. All of which are still in the original boxes. The canoe # is 176701. It was originally built as a sailer, but that was eliminated in the restoration process . I am asking $3750 or best offer for the entire package. |Chestnut Bob's Special, 15ftChestnut Canoe, 15 ft ‘Bob Special’ model. Recently refurbished to excellent condition. New canvas, wood stripped to bare wood, boiled linseed oiled, all wood high gloss varnished, marine gloss oil enamel on exterior. Wood 95% original with all necessary wood replaced. This canoe is a very good stream or lake canoe. Chestnut’s lightweight model, about 65 lb. now. Easy to handle, can be portaged between waters. Used once since restoration. It’s a great looking canoe on or off the water, or even for hanging in your den. What could be better.||02/16/2020 |
